What is MYIO?

MYIO is our comprehensive patient portal used for all administrative and clinical needs. It allows patients to check in, complete paperwork, communicate directly with providers, and manage appointment scheduling.

Important New Patient Reminders

● New Patient Status and Appointment Type: Even if you have previously seen Charles, Dr Carpenter, or Ryan at a different facility, you are considered a new patient here. Your appointment must be booked as an initial visit.

● Initial Visit Duration: All initial visits require a 60-minute slot.

● Pre-Appointment Documentation: To avoid delaying treatment, before your new patient appointment, you must complete the following:

• Sign all consents and forms

• Message an attachment of your photo ID for identity verification

● Patients can easily access and complete any necessary forms by logging into their MYIO account and accessing the Clinical Forms section.

● Arrival and Check-In: When arriving for your appointment, proceed to our office via the stairs or elevator and locate the blue chairs in the waiting area. Use the MYIO app to check-in and submit your copay. Your provider will be out with you soon!
